John Cornelius Stennis (August 3, 1901 – April 23, 1995) was a U.S. Senator from the state of Mississippi. He was a Democrat who served in the Senate for over 41 years, becoming its most senior member by his retirement.

Departing a Tour Bus operated by employes of NASA, this high security area of the John C, Stennis Space Center allows no private vehicles or people on foot just visiting. This one located on the Far Western end of Saturn Drive where it meets MS-607. Located in Hancock County, Mississippi, right at the Louisiana State Line.

Welcome to Mississippi

Mississippi welcome center on the western entry on I-10. Quite the welcome center and even had buses to a tour of the NASA Stennis space center that left from here.
